How do you ensure the wine is Kosher certified?

Every bottle in our warehouse is strictly certified by recognized rabbinical authorities. Certification symbols (Hechsherim) are clearly listed on each product page for your peace of mind.

Do you offer temperature-controlled shipping?

Yes, we prioritize the integrity of your wine. During extreme weather months, we offer insulated packaging and ice packs, and we may hold shipments to ensure your wine does not sit in a hot or freezing warehouse.

Can I order wine for Passover delivery?

Absolutely. We have a dedicated 'Kosher for Passover' section. We recommend ordering at least 14 days before the holiday begins to ensure timely arrival due to high seasonal demand.

What is your policy on corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 30 days. we will provide a replacement or a store credit once the issue is verified.

Is an adult signature required for delivery?

Yes, by law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any alcohol delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one is home during the day.

Do you provide discounts for bulk or case orders?

We offer competitive case pricing on most of our inventory. Typically, purchasing 12 bottles or more of the same label will trigger an automatic discount at checkout.
