At Kosher Wine Warehouse, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are typically limited to damaged or incorrect shipments. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues with your delivery.

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged bottles or incorrect items.

Verification Process

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions for the return shipment.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repack the unopened bottles in their original wine shipping containers to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Refund or Replacement

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement order at no extra cost.
